Clutter Coach Company
PR Campaign
Project Overview
Jane Carroo, owner of Clutter Coach Company, was among the first organizers to successfully complete the inaugural Certified Professional Organizer® exam designation from the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO). Through a consistent public relations effort, Costin Custom Communications has increased Clutter Coach's media exposure in local publications including the Pioneer Press, Daily Herald, Style Chicago and the Northwest Herald.
To demonstrate its leadership in the highway and bridge construction market, Better Roads magazine launched a national PR campaign in November of 2006. The PR effort drew attention to the deteriorating state of our nation's bridges as documented in the publication's annual Bridge Inventory. As a result of the campaign, the business-to-business magazine was soon quoted in several media outlets across the country. The release included a link to a state-by-state summary.
When the nation's worst bridge disaster occurred on August 2, 2007, in Minneapolis, Minn., the benefits of the PR campaign grew exponentially. National and local news media across the country turned to Better Roads' editors for interviews and statistics. Editors were interviewed by the NY Times, CNN etc.
